I have been using this Costa regularly since it opened. I probably go in about once every two weeks to meet friends. The cafe has a nice open atmosphere. It always seems clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the coffee and regularly order a snack. It’s a good place to eat if you don’t want to have a big meal. If it’s a nice day, there is seating outside and you can enjoy a coffee in the sun. Parking is usually easy though the Hattersley Retail Park is becoming increasingly busy. I recently visited this Costa location, which opened in late 2018. The café is small and cozy, set in a clean environment with plenty of natural light streaming in. There is a charming outdoor patio area with tables and seating as well. During my visit, I only had coffee, but they also offer a variety of cakes and sandwiches. One of the main reasons I chose to stop here was because of the free parking available and the less crowded atmosphere compared to the Costa in the town center. The café is situated within the Hattersley's Retail Trade Centre, alongside other stores like Homebargains, The Food Warehouse, Halfords, and more. Costa is a great addition to this shopping center.
I stopped by for a peaceful coffee break after dropping off my son at nursery. The staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to confirm that there was no dairy in the drink I chose. In some places, I feel like a burden when inquiring about vegan options, but here they were kind, welcoming, and helpful. It truly made a positive impact on my day.
Costa Coffee at the Hattersley Centre is situated at the end of the business park close to the main road. Nice new Costa, clean attractive and a nice size. Great staff very friendly and Sam the assistant manager is very good and chatty. Also seating outside as well. The highlight of the business park and a nice place to chill after shopping.

I have to say, I come to this restaurant every Wednesday and sometimes on the weekends. I cannot fault the staff at all - the girls are all so lovely and willing to help with anything. It's a great place to eat and drink, they make you feel very welcome.
We've been going here since it opened. On Saturday we paid our first visit since lockdown. Staff were totally disinterested with Covid19 saftey. Dirty tables and cutlery on the floor. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON

Coffee and hot chocolate and lemon tart was delicious lovely comfortable airy cafe and nice seating area outside.
