I stopped by Costa Coffee at 9:40 pm on a Friday, expecting it to be open until 10 pm as listed on Google. I wanted to quickly grab a takeaway item, but a staff member told me they were already closed. Very disappointing. Please update your hours!

There weren’t enough staff members. Even after reaching the front of the queue, I still didn’t receive any service. Waiting three hours for a coffee at a service station is unacceptable.
