Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

In January 2023, I purchased a reusable cup from this branch believing it was insulated. However, I found out that it was not actually insulated and would not keep my drink hot for more than an hour. This was disappointing. Since I do not live nearby, today was the earliest opportunity for me to return to the store to inquire about a refund or exchange. The staff were very kind and explained that the plastic lined reusable cups are not insulated. They graciously provided me with a replacement cup. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you.

Had earned loyalty beans and a voucher, when they were used, the transaction didn't appear to work properly and when brought to the attention of the member of staff, they were not interested and just said the till/computer says what it says. ??? The premises were not clean, not sure when it was last properly cleaned, could write in the dust, chairs stained, food crumbs all over and this was in the morning, not the end of the day. Not the standard we expect from Costa.

I visited the restaurant today, and an elderly gentleman accidentally took my drink as soon as it was ready. The staff were very apologetic and quickly remade my drink, brought it to my table, and even refunded me for the inconvenience. It was a very nice gesture on their part, and I appreciate their excellent service. This is why I prefer Costa over Starbucks any day. The employees at the East Midlands outlet deserve recognition for their exceptional service.

Everything ok apart from the Coffee,latte,Cappuccino,Americano, they recentley seem to be looking and tasting like luke warm milk,its the same with other Costa Cafes at Sutton Road Mansfield,Alfreton,are they skimping on quality coffee beans?? very pleasant atmosphere. the employees have a good customer service. coffee etc very nice, but for me quite expensive. I hope these prices reflect in the personal wages by paying well?

Had a really nice bubble frappe and popcorn cake as well as one of the pretty spring mugs. The batista was really friendly and got my order together really quick

The staff is friendly, service is quick, tables are clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the drinks are lovely. Just what you would hope for in a restaurant!
