Costa Coffee - Reservar una mesa

Stopped for a break on journey home. Always have loved a Costa but this one was diabolical! Took them 15 minutes to put our order on till as they kept messing up and then 4 attempts to get our drinks right. 2 were still wrong so just made the comment can’t wait to get back to our local one! Coffees and chocolates were warm rather than hot and tasteless Staff definitely need retraining in customer service and barista skills Next time will plod on to the next services

Our chilled coffee drinks were fine and we got a shady table outside on a sunny day. However, the next morning the Pain Au Chocolate Twists we ordered next morning with our coffees were so dry and we concluded they’d perhaps been sitting around a long time before our purchase. A shame as it had lots of space including outdoors to recommend it.

I was already in the car when I found out wrong coffee was given, so couldn’t return. Contacted costa customer services to be told a generic “sorry”. When a take out coffee is £3.90, I genuinely think it should be right. Surely it’s not that difficult!

Services were extremely busy,long queues but soon got served.good tasting coffee chai tea took the drinks out to the car,carpark was very busy never seen a service area so busy.queues in the loos.lots of places for eatting drinking here

Coffee average, area dirty, generally at this service station, toilets dirty, staff not really understanding covid hygiene measures. Wouldn't stop off here again unless absolutely necessary.
