Costa Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Having seen some bad reviews I felt I have had to write my own. I have come to this Costa since it opened and I love it. Staff are always lovely and will go to great lengths to help if they can. They are always so polite and chatty and although I live in Northallerton, I actually think this is probably the nicest one in the area. Without going into detail one or two staff have really gone over and above to help me. They certainly get my vote and I know several people who very much agree with me

I really love costa and come all the time but this is the worst costa ever. I’ve rang up so many times to complain. One particular member of staff really can’t make coffee and it’s such a shame as the rest of the staff are lovely and friendly but as soon as I see the ladies bleach blonde hair on the machine I know I’ve wasted my time and money. It’s really not worth the risk it’s too hot and curdled. Sometimes it’s lovely. It’s such a shame she simply needs retraining.

After a long week, I thought I'd treat myself to a drive thru salted caramel coffee frap and a cinnamon bun. Absolutely delicious as always! But I'm writing this review for Gav (I think that was the name on the tag). What an absolute breath of fresh air he is! Such a welcoming and joyful personality, definitely deserves some acknowledgement. Keep on being you!

Every time you place an order with the drive thru they make a mistake! Specifically asked for an almond cappuccino with caramel and a skinny cappuccino and yes of course they have put the caramel in the skinny one! I know this is a minor mistake but can I add this is about the 5th time it has happened! Aside from that the coffee is always gorgeous Reserva una mesa ahora

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. Even though my order was initially missed and there was a delay, the staff member who helped us was very courteous, polite, and apologetic. They quickly brought our order to our table. The store was very busy at the time, so we greatly appreciated the attentive service.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was shocked that they closed at 5:30 and didn't even answer the bell. It was disgraceful and I believe they should all be fired. The staff was incredibly rude and lazy. The fact that they shut down at 6 shows they do not deserve to have a job.

Screens around work station are filthy. No soap in dispenser in the toilet. Table had not been wiped. Furniture is scruffy. Hope the coffee us better than the venue

The cinnamon buns were dry, stale, and inedible. It was a waste of money! However, the drinks were tasty and the staff was friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good place for a coffee if visiting the retail park. Lot's of choices and can be expensive if having a meal.

The staff here were amazing very happy to serve me and my friend, but not the same atmosphere as before.
