I feel compelled to share my disappointment following my recent visit to Costa, where the service and cleanliness fell far below expectations. Behind the counter, I observed a lackluster scene with the majority of the five staff members seemingly disinterested in their duties, some even engaged in personal conversations instead of attending to customers. This lack of focus on customer service was troubling and not what one would anticipate from a reputable establishment. The state of the seating area only added to my disappointment. Always great coffee and friendly staff. The place is in need of a refurb, as others have commented. There's a blown speaker on the ceiling that distorts the background music. That's really becoming annoying.

I am severely lactose intolerant, i really wish that when they cleaned the frother, they would use a clean cloth, not one they used repeatedly as i was so ill. This has happened to me before, too

All ok only complaint Is the Horrendously expense of the Car Park. I am disabled by the time I manage to find a space park and get to COSTA It's cost me about 3,pounds .TO MuCH Reserva una mesa ahora

The service at this restaurant is slow, and the place was crowded, making it difficult to find seating. This may be good for business, but it is not ideal for the customer.

Tables not cleared and in need of a wipe! Decorations very uninspiring. I'm surprised I enjoyed my coffee and mince pie!
