Greeted and served by a young lady called Lyra. Very friendly and helpful service. Had a strawberry frappe and millionaire shortbread. Very clean and tidy, well presented cafe. A little lacking in customers, so not busy which is even better. 100% nicer than sone of the Costa places local to me. So thumbs up from me.

Everything good except nobody talks to a man alone but that's not the fault of the staff.
