We all have been going here for the last 11 years, how stupid can we be!. The pandemic arrives and we all start to discover the independent coffee that has been right in front of our eyes. The shop has been allegedly going to have a refit for the last 3 years, it certainly needs one, the toilets are a total disgrace when they are working, should think you might seriously catch something, more so now! The carpet is filthy, and the tables and walls not much better. Suddenly this week the staff are all in there beavering away, get ready for a take away system. Have You ever heard of Barista's having the ability or knowledge to do a deep clean, these are staff have always been friendly and helpf...

On Friday at 1:30 pm, I visited a restaurant that was in a disorganized state. The tables were filled with dirty dishes, and the floor was messy and sticky. Despite there being four staff members on duty, none of them were actively cleaning or monitoring the seating area. When I mentioned the cleanliness issue to one of the staff members, they shrugged it off and didn't take any action, showing a lack of concern.

Visited here today. Coffee tea absolutely fine but the toilets were disgusting. Why do people leave the facilities in such a poor state and why are the facilities not checked more regularly? Score reflects the overall experience. I did notice a member of staff using the toilet where they stop patrons using by putting an out of order sign up and blocking the entrance I wonder why?!?!?!

The coffee is always very good at Costa and there’s a wide range of food to choose from. My favourite is the almond and raspberry slice, it’s moist and delicious, the lemon tart is also very good. The staff are friendly and efficient and it’s nice to have to choice to stay indoors or go outside if it’s a sunny day. Reserva una mesa ahora

Popped in for a quick latte and asked for it extra hot. Got a luke warm drink then asked for a hot one and got attitude. They had the Aircon on as well, and it was freezing outside. Use to go here all the time but it's gone down hill, since the staff have changed. Avoid it, if you can.

After an afternoon in Sailsbury I visited this costa and found the coffee shop very busy and it was very clean and dirty cup’s removed promptly with our drinks made quickly and satisfying and looking the part have found a table and we had a great time talking and relaxing

I am a carer and have just taken one of my residents here, who can be a bit of a handful, and I have to say the server Chiara was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and accommodating to his questions about his loyalty card, well done.

The coffee and food were decent, but the service was quite rude. They seemed to be deliberately ignoring me and trying to serve the person behind me until I had to intervene. It was like some childish tantrum, which I found pathetic. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant provided excellent service with friendly staff who were always checking in to make sure I was comfortable during a short wait. The environment was clean and the staff were well-presented.

Stopped for drinks. Excellent covid arrangements. A very welcoming place. Very clean. Indoor and outdoor seating. Accessible toilet. All on one level.
