My family and I are regulars at Costa, but I feel compelled to write a review this time due to the terrible service we experienced. Eating at this restaurant is not cheap, and unfortunately, this was the third time we have received such poor service at this specific location. Previous visits were excused due to the busy nature of the establishment, but today was different. The staff seemed more interested in chatting about Creamfields on their headsets than attending to customers. Our food was left to go cold at the counter without any notification that it was ready. An excellent spacios airy Cost housed upsatirs in a very neat clean Next. The coffee and eats the same as all other Costas but here the staff were superb. Its a busy location and the staff were ultra efficient and were able to queue bust in very good time. Neat and clean although a few of the soft chairs could do with a good clean vacuum.
toilets had no working hand dryer and no container to throw the (prepared) blue roll. more general appearance, both sides of the counter was something untidy. coffee and cake were great, but chose outside (7°C) because of the above. much better at the latest visit and a coworker who has pronounced lattè right; not like a decent smell.
it is worth turning for the barrista with dark roasted glasses. really fit, but hardly ever smiles that makes it more exciting, as I never know if I actually get my coffee in a cup or over my head. diversity is the spice of life and everything!

The restaurant was clean and pleasant. Liam, the barista at the register, was extremely polite and professional. He made me one of the best coffees I have ever had, complete with a beautiful flower on top! I highly recommend this place.
I am regularly with my partner and the staff are helpful, especially stef she always goes the extra mile and great her with a smiling face, the staff always try it best, but not the recognition they deserve, they get the good work x
I love coming to this restaurant because the staff is always friendly and helpful in recommending items. I wasn't a fan of the new soya milk, but a barista kindly offered me oat milk to try, which was amazing. Thank you!
Good drive thru offering food and drinks, good range of coffees served fast. Ideal for coffee on the go. Thumbs up .
