Costa Coffee Port Talbot

My dad has been a fan of Costa for over a decade, but our experience on June 11, 2023, was the worst customer service we've ever encountered. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes due to staffing shortages, my dad ordered a coffee with semi-skimmed milk. Unfortunately, the barista with blue hair made the drink with whole milk instead. When my dad politely asked if he could have the semi-skimmed milk he originally requested, the barista huffed, poured the milk down the drain, discarded the cup, and then ignored our order for another ten minutes while serving customers who had come in after us. While I understand she was the only staff member handling drinks, there was no reason to delay...

Very disappointing visit to the Port Talbot branch last week. I had to wait while the staff member was fixing her phone behind the counter. Didn't ask if I was staying in or taking away, placed my order without even looking up. Food (pizza) was overcooked and burned, and coffee was absolutely awful (chai latte).
