Overall, it was just a little bit under what I'd expect from Costa Vida. Wait time wasn't too bad, but it also wasn't busy. Employees were respectful and attentive. The food was passable, but it just tasted like something was lacking from what I've tasted in previous visits. Not terrible, but it didn't wow me. The biggest disappointment came when we were paying for the food. I requested a water cup and was charged . 10 for it. I'm not sure if this is a coorporate policy, or just this location, but it's pretty lame to charge for something that is typically free at restaurants. 2023 update: Much better than the last time I was here. Beat the flavor of the others I have been to. Fresh tasting ingredients and helpful staff. Upgrading from a 4 to 5 star! Old review: Not bad for what it is but there are better places. The meat at this particular one was less flavorful than others.

My wife had a great experience when picking up our online order at the restaurant. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service that will definitely make us return. We had a takeout lunch and spent around $10-$20 per person.
