Not only is Costa Vida my favorite place for nachos (I dream about them sometimes! , but they are also some of the friendliest people you've ever met. Their staff is warm and welcoming. And their owners are HUGE supporters of the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce and their new Explore program welcoming folks to Rancho Cordova! We so appreciate them!
Every single item on the menu is soaked in cilantro. We got coupons for this restaurant and went over to try it, but could not eat there since they could not or would not make any dish we could eat. I never have this problem in Mexico, only in chainrestaurants. Avoid this place like the plague.
Shoutout to the girl who took my order- first time there and she was really welcoming and kind, she explained all the options to me and helped me build my salad. The food was delicious and incredibly filling, enough for two meals easily for $11!!

Very good and fresh classic Mexican meals assembled to your specifications. Daily specials at $10. Excellent strawberry lemonade! And a few desert items, too.
