Cotard Chocolatier Glacier

I didn't eat there because the restaurant wasn't open last time I was in Quebec. But the CHOCOLATES!! OMG. I bought 12 to share with my brother and his wife. I returned twice more in 2 weeks and sent them to my brother for his birthday. So good, I could eat just one a day and be satisfied. This an award-winning chocolatier and I can see why. His combination of flavours are unusual and delicious. I found the service to be friendly and knowledgable. If you are in the neighbourhood, you must try some.

I'm not writing about the restaurant, but the chocolate which is sold here. I'm salivating as I write this. His filled chocolates are the most creative I have encountered -- filled withvarious liqueures combined with the freshest fruit, or caramel, and other exotic ingredients. And, they are beautiful half-balls covered in striking colours, of shocking pink, brilliant orange and green among others. Each flavour has it's own colour. Lovely people, amazing chocolate, perfect for any chocoholic.

one must try this incredible Chocolatier. it's a burst of savor into your mouth I have never tasted anything like this even in Europe.

The Derby is a decent restaurant. I tried the Calamari and Mac and Cheese, which were both good portions and satisfying.

As soon as you cross the border into Canada from the truck stop, you will find this restaurant with a horse track theme.
