Service really was not at all up to standard. As for I stopped in for some bbq ribs. So was in line for about 10 minutes or so while one employee took orders and fixed the orders all by himself, 1 other employee shows up 10 minutes later and attempts to take my order as I asked for a 1/2 rack of ribs and there were some ribs that’s been sitting out on a counter and she went to try and serve them to me I asked for fresh ribs that hasn’t been sitting out for a while. And she tells me that I have to serve those first so I told her never mind and walked down to Taco Casa instead. Was not happy at the service at all . Will never stop at this location again

I am a truck driver, so I definitely see lots of different food on the road.. this by far is the best barbecue I've had in a long time! It is delicious tasting, the brisket is tender and juicy, and their sauce is delicious! Not to mention the fact that macaroni and cheese is one of my favorite things to eat, they are spot on with this mac and cheese here! This will definitely be a go-to spot for me anytime I'm in the Mount Vernon area!Parking: Being a truck stop, they have parking on site.. you get 4 hours free parking as a truck driver, and then it's $10 for the next 24 hours.

The only thing this place has going for it is the people that work there. Granted, we only ordered a couple of brisket sandwiches, but it was literally the worst brisket I have ever had in my entire life. I could easily make a better one at home with minimal effort. The bark tastes like bad (and a lot of) smoke, and the meat itself had no flavor.

The best BBQ!!! I’m a trucker, every time I get a chance, I always get a family sized meal for the road!!!
