Cottonwood Heights Cafe

It is a quaint little place. Clean looking as far as I could tell. Parking is in the back and a bit of a problem. Probably the only negative thing I could say about it just off of Highland and south of Ft Union. An obvious landmark of a not quite life size train engine in front to identify. I enter in the back and was greeted by a cheerful young lady that quickly attended to my need of a menu. I made my choice. Which they had an extensive list of breakfast items ranging from omelettes to pancakes and a complete breakfast spread on one side while on the other side sandwich and lunch items that I perused less thoroughly. The food was amazing. The server was very nice, but I had to ask for things she should've brought with her. Parking: Parking lot is tiny. YUM. Enjoyed a fabulous breakfast here. I got the Mediterranean omelette (the gyro!!!! Arguably the best omelette I've ever had) and my SO got the Spanish omelette. In addition to the food being phenomenal, so was our lovely server. Will definitely be back!

The garlic burger was amazing! Only the correct amount of garlic and a delicious home salad. I would share a picture, but I ate it too fast. Their Pommes and Philly Cheese Steak were also breathtaking. Absolutely hungry.
