I had never encountered an issue at this restaurant until today. While I was waiting in line to make my purchase, the last customer in front of me was trying to buy two cold Starbucks coffee frappuccinos, which had stickers advertising a deal of two for $5. However, when they were scanned, the price did not reflect that offer. The two cashiers informed her that she had to pay the price shown on the register. She agreed and opted to buy just one because she didn't have enough money for both. We just had one of the worst experiences ever at this couche tard. My bf has been going to this couche tard for years. 2 nights ago we went in and the staff was sleeping. My bf tries to wake him up for almost 5mins (5 full mins with no sucess to be ableto pay for his items). Another employee walk in from the back and to wake him up. The clerk wakes up with an attitude andstart yelling at my bf because it was Ramadan and he was tired. My bf was trying to tell him that he could have gotten robbedfor sleeping on the job. This clerk still has an attitude. Clerk follows him outside and what happens next was extremelyunfortunate and we plan on filing a suit against couche tard and their employee....

After speaking with my Credit card following a fraud charge, I am certain this is where my card information was stolen from. I paid at the gas pump and entered my PIN in. The machine was probably a clone to steal information.

The staff is generally friendly, and the prices are comparable to those at a convenience store. There's been some improvement over the past couple of years.
