The food is fantastic! The fajitas come in generous portions, great for sharing after a few baskets of chips and queso. They also serve the BEST CARNITAS I’ve ever tasted in my life. As a former chef, I can truly appreciate this, as preparing great carnitas requires time and care—both of which are evident in the tender meat they serve here. As a regular at Mariachis II and La Catrina, I can confidently say Cowbron has secured a spot in my top three favorite Mexican restaurants in the city. Be sure to check out Cowbron!
Wow, just wow! You absolutely have to eat here! The hushpuppies and their dipping sauce are incredible! The seafood boil... oh my goodness, it's delicious! The service was amazing too! I have so much love for this place! This review was for a seafood boil restaurant, but I haven't had the opportunity to visit the new Cowbron location yet.
Not a great experience. Room temperature food. Service was bad because the server seemed like she was on something and messed up the order. Not sure how it’s a 4.5 star place. Are they under new management? Wouldn’t recommend because of the terrible food quality.
Third attempt. The food simply isn’t worth a visit. There are plenty of other good—and even average—Mexican restaurants in town. The carne asada was of very low quality, and the chicken fajitas were lackluster. The place was empty at 6 PM on a Saturday night.

Nice atmosphere. Fajitas were some of best I've had. Quick service. Food hot and fresh!
Getting over Covid and couldn't taste a thing but it felt like it probably tasted good.
The food was excellent. I loved the vegetarian fajita meal I enjoyed.
