We visited this restaurant on a Sunday and were surprised to find a brunch set-up, which we decided to try. Unfortunately, the food at the brunch was not the best as much of it seemed to have been sitting out for a while or needed to be replenished. The brunch included a small salad bar, omelette station, dessert bar, and one soup, along with the usual Mexican food options. There was also bottomless mimosas and sparkling wine available. Despite the food not being the best, it was filling and our waitress provided excellent service. The restaurant also had multiple TVs, which was great for us football fans. I would visit again, but would skip the buffet and order something made to order inste...
No one at host stand upon arrival had to wait there for a few minutes. Chose to sit outside waitress took at least 10 minutes to just greet us. Then another 5 to just bring water. After taking our food order she did not check on us once! Another person brought out our food and realized our waters were completely empty and had been. After receiving our food the waitress never came back out which was another 20 min until I got up and walked back inside to the host stand for boxes to go. Horrible experience.
We received prompt service, prompt delivery of excellent chips and salsa, drinks and the meal. I have chicken fajitas. My wife had three chicken tacos. The two dishes came with different kinds of beans but they were both good. The guacamole that came with fajitas was fresh and authentic. The fajita meat was served in a hit griddle and the peppers and onions were sizzling perfectly. We were in and hour in a half hour, but enjoyed our meal.
I recently hosted a birthday dinner for 30 women in Cozymel's private room and it was a success. Everardo, the manager, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with via email when we were planning the event. Our servers, Adrienne and Julio, were friendly and efficient. After comparing prices at other local restaurants, Cozymel's was the most affordable option for our group.

Hadn't been back to Cozymel's in awhile and we took family there for a birthday. Service was good. Little waiting time for a good table. An outdoor patio area serves as a nice place to enjoy a drink away from the noise from inside. Food was was quality. The menu was a standard mix of fajitas, burritos, tostadas, etc. Margaritas were fine. All in all, a nice evening for our family.
More of a family establishment. The special was good with variety of meats. The quest was terrible it was similar to movie theatre processed cheese. The flour tortillas and chips were great. The drinks are very watered down and premade unless you get premium drinks. The servers were super helpful and it was my first time using OpenTable Pay and it was easy and convenient.
I hadn't been to this restaurant in almost 16 years, and returning felt like stepping back in time and recalling fond memories. The food and service were both excellent, and I definitely plan on coming back. Despite a small issue with my reservation, the rest of the evening was delightful as my niece and I had a lovely time chatting and soaking in the atmosphere.
One of the worst dining experiences here....service was slow and we needed to ask who our server was, food was OK, and the margarita's seemed watered down.

We like Cozymel's for its convenience on the way home from the airport. It has good basic food and a nice frozen Margarita.
Food is ok, good environment to have a quick lunch meeting.
