A real gem in the neighborhood I wouldn't expect to find a decent sushi place. But, sushi here us amazing!!! The fish is very fresh and everything I've had here was absolutelly amazing. My favorite lunch place, gets crowded at night as locals know about it. Nit a fancy place and prices are in the mid-range, lunch runs at about $25-30 if you order sushi rolls. But they also have lunch combos for less. Give this place a try!!
I visited this restaurant with my office team while I was in LA. It was my first time at a Japanese place, and to be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about the food. However, I ended up really enjoying the couple of dishes I tried. I ordered miso ramen soup and ginger pork, and both were excellent. Overall, I had a great experience!
We had an excellent sushi experience at Kanpai tonight. While searching for a Japanese restaurant near LAX, we stumbled upon Kanpai and were delighted with the fantastic sushi and attentive service at a reasonable price. We wholeheartedly recommend Kanpai!
