Visited on a Sunday with my family, restaurant was fairly empty. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, when someone finally came, it turned out to be our waitress. I wish I could tell you her name, but she never introduced herself or wore a name tag. When she came back to take our order, we were greeted with, ok, what do you want? We were taken aback by the sheer rudeness of the statement, but we placed our order anyway.Unfortunately, our food arrived in a disappointing state. Kids pizzas were burnt, the fries were overcooked, and the rest of the food was cold. Went here on July 14th around 9:20pm. At 10:10pm we left without anyone waiting on us. People who were seated 10 minutes after us got service. Male waiter came by said he would be right with us which didn't happen so 20 minutes after he said that we left. I can understand if it's busy, however both wait staff would stand around our just talk to other people. Similar service happen the week before where it took an hour to get two appetizers, thought that was a one off and tried again. Will not be back

I give 5 stars, because my server always goes beyond and beyond. I started here 6 times since Libby and I get her every time!! she is fast and always has a smile on her face great attitude and funny!!! It is the best server there!! the rest of the girls are slow and not pleasant to consider I don't want my food to be served by someone who looks like they just rolled in the street, how girls come HIR MORE MORE MORE MORE LIKE LIBBY!

Friendly waiter, VERY slow kitchen. Arrived at 8:15pm on a Wednesday eve. Waiter apologized for things being so busy but from what I could see were only a handful of tables and a couple in the bar. 1 dinner took 75 minutes to come out. Dinner was hot, food was good no complaints there other than rib dinner could come with a little slaw or veg on the side. Unless you have time to kill, order with skip. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is great, and not bad price, with a variety of discounts for every day of the week. Service is always friendly. A large part of the old attitude of the company was clean and simplified, which makes for a blanching experience. Another great recommendation for a restaurant that is relatively cheap without affecting quality. Stay away from the bar for best results.

Decided to give this place a second chance, after a recent bad experience. Showed up there at 10pm for Half Price after 9 . Was informed by the bartender that they were closing early. Really? Must be nice to make your own hours, even though it isn 't what you advertise. Oh, and running a half-price app promotion for only one-hour?? Pretty lame

The waitress was not on her game. She didn't offer a glass with ice for my cooler nor did she ask if there was anything else from when we first ordered. We had to ask. Nice place but it can be loud from the younger generation. Food wasn't bad though.

Ordered a berry bash thing and it literally looked and tasted like gross water with junks of unprepared berries. I asked why and she said « The syrup that makes it red changes the flavour so we dont add it » I thought that was the point of it…?? Reserva una mesa ahora

It was amazing! My waiter/server was friendly and friendly. The ribs I ordered were as much off-the-bone as my waiter/server promised yum! I kept a little longer on the menu and knows exactly what I will order the next 2 visits. Thank you.

The food tastes like trash. There were literally only 5 customers in the building, and I got my drinks, but then I waited 30 minutes and had to ask to order food because she wouldn't come back.
