Will not be returning… we were a table of four and frequent this particular location. Throughout the whole Covid pandemic there have been slight mishaps which we gladly overlooked. Tonite two of our party ordered Chicken and Dumplings with sides of Dumplins and hash brown casserole our waiter returned to the table to tell if they were out of casserole, no biggie. But when the meals came instead of the normal thicker gravy they were in a very soupy sauce. My husband ate his despite the issue because he knew it was late, the kitchen would be closing and we were running out of options however I patiently waited for our waiter to return. The people next to us sent their food back to the kitchen...
I spoke with the older waitress and ordered a meal that came with cookies and gravy. I mentioned that it sounded good and requested a short stack of two pancakes on the side with extra butter, but no syrup. When the meal arrived, the pancakes looked overcooked, lacking fluffiness and merely fried in too much oil. To make matters worse, they were cold, and the butter wouldn’t melt on them. After we finished eating, I went to pay and then returned to the table before leaving. It wasn't until we were in the car that I realized I hadn't received my cookies and gravy. We often dine at this restaurant and have consistently enjoyed our meals. Tonight, Alyssa was our server, and we were greatly impressed by her attentiveness and friendliness. It's been years since we've had such exceptional service. As always, our food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious!
We were in Tampa and missed our turn to Clearwater so with being in the car all morning you were our go to for brunch. We've been here a few times. We've never had a bad expiresnce and the food is always fresh, the servers are always friendly and attentive.

This had to be the worst place u could possibly eat at: the food was not seasoned the customer service was absolutely horrendous. When it came after 30 minutes some of the food was even cold. I am highly disappointed

Never have a bad time a cracker barrel but my waiter was definitely high. ???? When it comes to country food. That's probably a good thing if I'm honest.
Was disappointed grits weren't very good and the slice of ham was over cooked and hard. Eggs and biscuits were good though. We were there about 9:30am.

Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel we’ve ever been too. Food was perfect, biscuits were warm and fluffy and service was fantastic.
Alyssa was a great server. The food was amazing cheesecake pancakes! They also had a strawberry lemonade witch was amazing!
