Cracker Barrel is a family favorite. Our five year old is always begging to come. The food is always delicious, service is quick and always pleasant! We have never had a bad experience or unkind server. Our server last night Sunday 3/16, (I wish I had gotten her name it wasn’t on her apron) but she had brown hair and a nose ring if that helps) I wanted to give an extra shoutout to, her section was super busy but she was still very friendly, didn’t make us feel rushed and went above and beyond even making sure she got me a side of the dill pickle ranch to go with my leftover food because I had mentioned how much I loved it. Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at Cracker Barrel. After a long day on the road, I was really looking forward to a nice meal to end my day. I ordered the catfish along with hashbrown casserole and macaroni and cheese as sides. However, when my meal arrived, everything was lukewarm. The fish was undercooked, making it inedible for me. The hashbrown casserole and mac n cheese were decent, but the biscuits were great as usual. When the cashier asked if everything was okay, I shared my concerns, but she only asked if I was a Rewards Member. When I replied no, she simply told me the total without offering an apology. I visited the restaurant with a friend for the early bird dinner, and the food was enjoyable. However, as the evening progressed, our server became increasingly busy, which affected the quality of service. She was clearly handling a lot, though. Additionally, when families with children started arriving, the noise level increased significantly, making it difficult for me to hear my friend. It was a bit overwhelming for me, as I prefer a quieter atmosphere that allows for conversation.
Jorja was incredibly sweet and fantastic. The food was absolutely perfect. As for dietary restrictions, we were able to order a salad for one member of our party who needed a gluten-free option. Kid-friendliness was a nice touch, too, with some coloring sheets and little games to keep the kids entertained. It really made a difference!

Kid-friendliness: Loved the cute friendly greeter. It was so welcoming. The cashier were so friendly and helpful. All in all the experience was wonderful
Great food and service in St George UT when passing through. We definitely recommend the breakfast. It was yummy!
Parking: They might still allow overnight RV parking?
