the waitress was inexperienced. she had a smile, but forgot half of our things. my man had trout, drilling and carrots. the dinner was not hot. fish must be standard. the rest of our food was inappropriate to serve. she could not understand the difference between chris clean roasted steak and chicken meat. I got the first, of course she came with the later. when my food came, ours is almost eating you. biscuits tasted like a big flour palp, I am your mouth. must be longer in a lot. the restaurant was so cold I could not put in a corner area we moved and it was still cold. I ask the waitress to see if they can turn it off. she said she shut off the fans. as they are many older people, I have...

Came in to have breakfast, got our ordered taken, everyone around us started getting their food before us, when we had ordered before them. Waited almost an hour till the waitress came asking what we order.. no apology or explanation. We walked out!...I just want to add, that Cracker barrel is a great place to eat at and that the food is very good! The problem was the waitress and the fact that she did not even so much as appolagize for her mistake in giving someone else our meal or us having to wait so long.

Always a good experience. Great food, polite staff and never a long wait. We enjoy many of the items on the menu, with a couple favorites, the maple bacon chicken breasts and loaded sweet potatoes. I need blinders on to go through the gift shop on the way out, so many nice things to buy. Love this shop at Christmas time. I’ve purchased lots of tree decorations over the holiday seasons.
