I wanted to speak with a manager, but it took some time for one to come over. When I explained the situation, they again insisted it was a system issue and that if guests don’t check in, they are removed. I clarified that I had checked in just seven minutes after arriving. The manager then shifted the blame to the number of servers available, suggesting that it was due to staff shortages, which was not the issue.
We waited for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seated, and it seemed that someone had overlooked us on the list. Throughout this ordeal, I was frustrated by the two different staff members who tried to blame me for not checking in, despite the hostess confirming my arrival.

a terrible service. we understand that most of the places are staffed, but we ordered items that would get us faster service because we were traveling with vieh. there was a male server that got all his tables in and out while we waited. we asked our server friendlyly she said only the half of our eating was done, we asked about it and yet she never brought it. Beyond that, the restaurant was so cold that it was just sitting there unpleasant. do not regret to go to texas roadhouse! now travel and no dinner and wasted 2 hours travel time.

I ordered to go tonight and eat was ready as promised in the time. the portions were good for the reasonable price dinner. man, I had the two pieces of boneless chicken breast dinner with two sides. my landfills were perfect when I had it just like my two sides. that was very dry. the carrots were a bit dry, but the sawmill was great. my men beside salad was great. it was a good size for a side part. I had no idea what to expect when I visited this place; I didn't even know what it was about. Out of pure curiosity, I went in with my family and was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't just a restaurant serving amazing food, but also a shop featuring many unique items. Welp let's get this straight. Food was very good, but our waiter, and wait time was ridiculous. There was about 8 tables full, with only 2 waiters. Our waiter continued to ignore our requests, and take unreasonable amounts of time. As well as my mother being charged double for her salad and baked potato combo that was only 6.99$. Terrible customer service!
a stop at the cracker barrel when we're on the road is a must! Unfortunately, they had a late to bring our food, but our gracious server has taken care of it. when that came, it was delicious as usual. after we searched the load and we bought only a few snacks for the road. it is always a pleasure at one of the cracker barrels.
teresa was amazing! She did best to push our food out, they were super busy! eating was like ordered, good, generous portions and good prices. teresa ensured that our drinks were always full, even giving me a jumbo to tee: her bubbly personality was infectious and that lunch was even better.

The Pirat was amazing—definitely the best I've ever had, and I'm so glad I ordered it! My meal was delicious: glazed chicken breast with speck. It was fantastic, and our waitress, Ari (if I remembered her name correctly), was incredibly sweet. I can't wait to go back!
