We arrived at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday evening to find the restaurant nearly empty, which should have been our first clue. We sighed and waited 15 minutes before someone finally took our drink orders after the host noticed us. A waitress eventually came by to take our food orders, but there was clearly a lot of confusion about which tables were which. My partner ordered soup and salad but was informed that they no longer had soup available. I ordered chicken fried steak, which unfortunately tasted like old frying oil. it took 20 minutes to get drinks, 45 minutes to get cookies and cutlery, and when our food finally came out after an hour, most of the things were wrong. our waitress seemed confused about what was eating and finally handed over to another waitress who actually got the food right out. we had a big party of 12 people I can understand being a bit stressful, but our commands were quite simple without substitution. there were several tables that sat, ate and paid before we got to eat at all, and the restaurant was not even so busy. I will say that they have at least given half of the bill away, but that was waiting for everything was absolutely anxious.
Terrible service. There was no host at the stand for at least 10 min. We finally asked a manager if we could be seated. We sat down and waited 20 min for coffee and water. We had to track down the manager again just to ask for drinks. Finally, a waitress delivered drinks and then came back several minutes later to take our order. When an hour had passed (from the time we were seated) our food still hadn't arrived. We left without eating. Another family at a nearby table got their food and something was wrong. They didn't eat their food and got up and left. They had received their food before us and were behind us when we were waiting to be seated.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. There were plenty of parking spaces, which made it convenient. The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. However, I found the service to be just average, rated at 3 out of 5. On the bright side, the atmosphere was excellent, scoring a perfect 5. Plus, the free parking lot is definitely a bonus!

I wouldn’t suggest ordering from this location online or through an app. They don’t care about those orders and just give their delivery people whatever they can give them. My order was missing more than half of its contents and when we called the store they simply said if he return with a receipt we can get what is missing. When we get to the restaurant that’s no longer the case, no surprise there, and we’re left with nothing but wasted time and money. If you wanna eat here just drive because being in person they might actually care about your order.
