Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My experience with this particular Cracker Barrel was absolutely terrible due to the waitress's inability to do nearly anything that we asked for, as it seemed like she was simply thrown out to the floor and never had the proper training. The food did not make up for her rudeness and she only took our orders for food and wasn't seen again until the last bite was taken, no refill offer, nothing. This restaurant is horrible, to say the least!

I encountered a longer wait than anticipated despite many open tables, which may indicate a staffing issue. I ordered breakfast for dinner, and it seemed like the grits were definitely from breakfast. The bacon wasn't cooked to my liking. However, my mom's chicken and French toast were excellent and came in a generous portion. The waitress was friendly, which was a nice touch.

I stopped by to pick up an order I had placed over the phone. The cashier was incredibly friendly, and my food was ready when I arrived. I ordered the catfish, dumplings, green beans, and hash brown casserole, and it was all delicious. The woman handling takeout had my order correct and included everything I needed without me having to ask. Thank you!

Went on a Fri evening, seated promptly, no wait. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Restaurant was clean and store had a lot of really cute items. Service was great, dinner order was good, correct and didn't take too long. Waitress McKenna was awesome! Reserva una mesa ahora

I was disappointed with the food; it wasn't very good, and I even got sick from it. However, the service from the waiter was exceptional. Unfortunately, I probably won't be returning.

I visited this restaurant specifically for the chicken and dumplings, only to discover that they were completely out of dumplings. I repeat: there were NO DUMPLINGS available.

I love Cracker Barrel the only thing that I would recommend is avoid using their personal app for Cracker Barrel, because they seem to forget to check it for orders.
