Craft House Pizza Jtown

this was the worst customer service i have ever received . We sat down at our table and ordered 2 appetizers and 6 entrees . We received only one of our appetizer of cheese fries after 40 minutes . After waiting over 1 hour we only recieved 2 entrees . Multiple families that got there 30 minutes after us received all of their food before we even did . Our server told us that there was nothing she could do about it. she then can out with an order of cheese fries when we did not order them. We ended up getting up to leave because it is ridiculous. Have to say this was the first time we've been really disappointed. Came in for lunch on Thursday , because we love the Italian Hoagie And it was absolutely Horrible. The only thing that was Hot was the bread. The meat had been folded up and the salami and pepperoni were all stacked together and Cold under this Huge slab of Ham that was also ice cold .. Was just truly disappointing

I was only the third customer of the day. Was told pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there and they hadn't even put them into the oven yet. Things like this are why I don't like tipping upfront as I ordered online. Lesson learned!! They were courteous enough to refund tip.

The food is great! However every time I order a pizza I always say no bacon and it always has bacon on it . I usually check before I leave due to it happening so often but today I didn’t because I was in a hurry and I got home and there was bacon and barely any sauce Reserva una mesa ahora

Takeout pizza was not good. Crust was tough and chewy. I got a specialty pizza and it barely had any toppings on it, even though it was supposed to have peppers, onions, and pineapple. Very disappointing.
