Great India - Reserva de mesa

We ordered goat biryani and lamb biryani. The lamb biryani was decent, but the goat biryani was disappointing. The rice was soaked in a "tomato soup" flavor and overwhelmed by an excessive amount of powdered spices, with actual chunks of unblended spice grains. When we asked the waiter if anything could be done about it, he simply said no. We ended up eating the lamb biryani and leaving the goat biryani untouched. I really can’t understand how they can be so unprofessional.

The food was bland and lacked flavor. I specifically ordered my meal spicy, but it had no heat at all. My partner and I dined in, and after we were seated, two different groups of four men came in and received service before us—they even got their meals before we did. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.

This is second time I’m giving one star I wish I can give zero star. I ordered khari pakora and found chicken piece in it. Very disappointed. I’m vegetarian by birth for almost 30 years. Unless the management reaches out to rectify this situation, I will not change my review. Until then, we will never order from Great India again, and we will be advising our friends and family to do the same. I refuse to let you call my wife a liar or accuse me of dishonesty, and I plan to share further reviews on other platforms.

This Indian restaurant is fantastic! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the restaurant itself was very clean. I highly recommend ordering medium spice level. It's definitely a place I'll return to multiple times! The chicken coconut dish was outstanding! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch.
