Creams Cafe - Reservar una mesa

We wanted to sit in a booth even though there were 7 booths free! Quite rude, cold restraint hot drinks not working not a friendly experience and was freezing in the restaurant, took ages to get our order even though only 3 tables were occupied!

i’m not normally one to complain but every time i come here the service is unsatisfactory. we shouldn’t have to ask 3 times for a glass of water. the crepes were so over cooked we couldn’t even cut them. and no service check whatsoever?

We ordered and because of an issue with their printer, 1 of the orders did not appear. They couldn't do a refund as it wasn't paid for by an online banking account and it also took 40 minutes to serve a coffee and sorbet.

The food was very cold and stale. Milkshake came 15 minutes after the food. Very underwhelmed, will not be returning! The workers are unenthusiastic and seem bored

When placing an order the manager kept questioning why we wanted what we wanted and trying to make us have the easiest option. Rude and not accommodating.
