Crema on Jetty - Reserva de mesa

When to Crema for lunch using a Living Social voucher. This was a 3 course offer which I must say would be one of the best we have ever had. Started with huge entree of breads, dips & salads. The Chef came to the tabel to ensure that we were happy and describe the main and ask if we needed time between entree and main. WE DID!!!! He told us that no one usually finishes the 3 cources. The main followed with whole barra and eye fillet steak , both with massive sides to go with them. What a meal barra magnificent and steak mouth watering. After these two there was no room for the dessert. They happly packed this up for us to take away for later, much later!!!, All the staff were very attentive...

We had a friend visiting who stayed at Glenelg, so we decided to have dinner in this small but warm restaurant just at the beginning of the Jetty Road. The seafood pizza is baked in the traditional wood oven. All the rest, including the pork ribs with chips, spaghetti marinara, and the chicken salad with smoked salmon fish, etc are all very delicious. We had gelato and tiramisu for dessert. Again, they are sensational. We love it so much that the next morning, we went there for breakfast.

We visited as a family on a dark, rainy winters night before going to the airport. The restaurant was warm and welcoming although very quiet and I had second thoughts about going in. I am glad we did as the food was very tasty and on the Thursday we went the kids meals were free. While the atmosphere lacked any real fizz, the food was good and the portion size was spot on. We will be back to sample the restaurant on a summers evening when Glenelg is buzzing.

There are plenty of other eateries in the area, why did we eat at this one? Oh.. that's right, it was because someone else booked, and we were in a group. Food was edible, at best, but really there must be better options nearby. The theme seems to be "reasonably basic food, not done well". Disappointing result, but at least the company was good. On my search for gelato I sampled the ferrero rocher and pistachio flavours here. The ferrero rocher did not have enough hazelnut flavour and tasted mostly of chocolate. The pistachio flavour however was very good, it had a lovely creamy texture with some crushed pistachio nuts and a hint of pistachio saltiness. Quite good.

Slow. Average service. Overpriced. Salad was not fresh at all! Prawns were burnt. Complained to the waiter who just shook his head and walked off!!! So weird. Told us to order at the counter but gave table service to others.

No table service here although the food was fantastic and a great atmosphere. Would we dine again? We sure would! The menu has a modern twist to most days he's which is a refreshing change from the norm.

Excellent customer service, going above and beyond for us! Everything we had a delicious and came out super quick. The gelato is incredible definitely a must. Food is well priced will definitely be back Reserva una mesa ahora

Walked past heaps of times but never eaten there.  Tried it recently on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised.  Shared a salad and an antipasto platter and both where tasty and fresh.

I went to Crema on a cool Sunday and sat outside near the heaters. We had delicious food and the service was very friendly!
