Overall experience, ok We were placed in the basement, the atmosphere is less festive than upstairs, so I don't recommend it, unless you like the cold and artificial light. The order and the dishes arrived quite quickly, Savoyard pizza and carbonara dough. The dishes were good, just like at home, without any hassle (I ask for more from a restaurant at €15 per pizza) We did not want to have dessert there, because the overall experience did not justify it. The team was friendly, fast and pleasant, the only small problem was that we waited on the side for 10 minutes at reception while someone showed up to seat us on the “reserved” table… This restaurant deserves average.

They don 't do the standard burgers and pizzas that most ski places do but can still mainline you all the fat, carbs and protein you need with their wide selection of excellent dishes and crepes. Excellent service and excellent food, one of the better places in Bruyeres. I had assumed that the name of the restaurant comes from the French word for owl but that is only half true. It is actually named after Napoleon 's horse 'Chouette ' which passed away in May 1800 when Napoleon was crossing the alps and was buried under what is now the Bruyeres lift. Josephine 's nick name for it was La Chouette, because the horse had insomnia.

a wide choice of dishes, excellent pizzas and a menu varies. I strongly recommend a very good quality price ratio. exceptional. A must-have passage if you go to valloire.
