The kids had gone off on their bikes with some mates from the campsite, they decided to stop for lunch here (how very grown up! The youngest had been unwell for a few days so we decided to follow on in the car just to make sure. Just so happens we ended up in the same place. The menu is amazing, so much to choose from. Savoury and sweet crepes along with other main meals and plenty of ice cream choice. I was amazed at how quick the food came, we ordered and within 5-10 minutes the food was on our table and it was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were ever so friendly and helped the boys out even when they did try their French speaking skills. If you are in the area it's worth a trip and there...
Once again we were back here as we have been for many years before. This place never disappoints, with the owner the same guy who we always see. This ensure quality stays high and the food is always some of the best around. It’s opening times are better than similar restaurants so when you have kids it’s great to be able to eat that bit earlier. Crepe complèt is my favourite, but the dessert crepe of pomme and salted caramel ice cream is also incredible.
We visited this wonderful eatery again this year to find it had undergone a major refurbishment over the winter. There is now an indoor dining area (which gets very busy at peak times). You cannot now eat outside, as we have done many previous years. Nevertheless, the food is still delicious. I can recommend the savoury crepes (extensive selection) and the ice cream desserts.
