excellent restaurant, discovered yesterday noon. the meal prepared by an excellent chef was succulent, very above what was expected in this place rather brewery. fresh, fresh local dishes revisited (e.g. grilled andouille on pear cream with calf egg), cooking just as you need (cans cups ... a delight). with this fast, efficient service, small care ... and prices very studied. If you're going through a whip, the visit is necessary!
