Food is mediocre and the manager(so I think) was rude and not attentive. When I asked For the check he scribbled on a paper and slammed it on the table. However the guys at the counter were very polite. They even apologized for his bad service. I asked the man at the counter what the receipt said because the man carelessly scribbled on paper. He couldn’t read it either and asked the manager to rewrite it. He over charged for the most saddest looking sandwich. I just wanted to leave so I just Paid and left. I just moved down the street from this place. Went in hoping this could be a nice spot to have breakfast before work but definitely not. Won’t be back.
The fiance and I took a trip to New York and this diner was about 2 blocks from where we stayed. We first stopped in for lunch and had an amazing burger. The next two days we went in for breakfast on our way to the subway station. The staff was friendly and treated us like family. The food was exceptional and freshly made to order. Gotta check it out if you're in the area. We're looking forward to our next trip.
Had breakfast here on our last day of our NYC-trip and it was so worth it. Many locals come here for the delicious breakfast, the service is excellent and the staff were friendly. We had nice chats with the owner. The prices are good as well for the quality they offer. would definitely come back here on our next trip to NYC.Food: 5/5
Great staff, wholesome food, good old fashioned diner! Eggs bacon, burgers that kind of food. Classic diner... A little pricey.Wheelchair accessibility: Heavy door but staff helps. The cooks get it right ...so it is worth the effort.
