This placed used to be good , maybe the first year they opened.I recently ordered and the food was horrible to say the least, the chicken tasted old,cold, and dry the fries are soggy and oily and they did not add any cheese to my Mac and Cheese nor to my order of their Joey fries and on top of that they did not add the pickles or extra fries I ordered. No worth it any more especially after spending 60 plus dollars for two joey fries and tenders. This is the 3rd time this happens which is why I decided to write this review. I gotta say the quality and service has definitely gone down the drain. Time to find a new hot chicken place.
I don’t know about other peoples experience with customer service but it wasn’t bad for me. I ordered online for take out. It usually doesn’t take too long for the food to be ready. Be warned I did on a week day, I’m not sure how busy they get over the weekend. They are available for dine in. I usted to remember their Crimson sandwich being very delicious. Although it’s still pretty good It’s not as good as it used to be. In all spent about $40 for two crimson combos (this comes with a crimson sand which, fries, and a drink). Don’t forget your honey, ketchup and napkins if your picking up!
This restaurant sets a new standard for chicken, leaving all other chicken joints far behind. The flavor is phenomenal, offering six different spice levels to choose from. The chicken is juicy and tender, perfectly spiced—so good it makes me playfully want to slap my momma (just kidding!). I also love that they stay open late. The prices are quite reasonable considering the exceptional quality of the food. If you're after average chicken, you can always go to Popeyes or Church's. But if you want the very best, this is where you need to be! It's absolutely worth the wait!
Great Nashville style chicken spot. Personally I love eating the chicken tenders with a scoop of fries or adding a waffle on the side! You can also add strips to your combo for $3.75 each. Overall the staff is friendly and they work hard to get you your food. I recommend ordering ahead if you don't like waiting. Ordering at the location takes 20 minutes give or take when online orders come in first.

I've been wanting to try this place for ages, so after a long workday, I finally stopped by. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food. The sandwich was very salty and, oddly enough, spicier than my HOT Wings sandwich, which was supposed to be medium. I'm not sure if I'll give it another chance. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent!
Quality went down throughout the years. chicken is half the size it used to be. The quality and flavor is not as good anymore. I get cost went up but don't sell me a piece of chicken half the size for 50% extra cost. Won't recommend this place anymore to friends.
It's a good fast food chicken place my go to is one of their specializes where they chop up the fried chicken and serve it over hot fries with sauce and Cole slaw. The Joey-Eat-fries, I typically ask for no pickles.
We ordered the Crimson Sandwich, Mac and Cheese, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. We chose a medium spice level, which was noticeable but not overpowering. The food was delicious!

The food here is super delicious. The staff is super helpful. I will definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed my experience. I had the Joe Eat fries. I highly recommend.
There sandwiches is A+ and good amount they have variety of sides to choose.
