Crispy's Resto Grill

The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We tried the chicken thighs, poutine, and chicken burger, but unfortunately, everything lacked flavor. The chicken thighs were the best out of the three dishes, being moist and crispy, but still missing something in terms of taste. The poutine gravy didn't taste like gravy at all, but more like cumin mixed with water. The so-called "chicken burger" was actually just three soggy chicken tenders in a bun, which also lacked flavor. The sauces were a letdown and overpriced, with one of them being only half-filled. Update: I have not returned since my review a year ago and I will not return ever as many friends who have gone here or ordered here succumbed to food poisoning on more than one occasion. This news has forever placed this restaurant on my blacklist as I refuse to gamble with my health.Original Review: The Burger was good, however will not be returning since they refuse to wear masks despite requiring customers to wear masks.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, although the prices were on the higher side. However, considering the high costs of everything these days, it was not surprising. The atmosphere of the place was quite unpleasant, with dirty and grimy surfaces, sticky chairs and tables, and stained windows. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

So they started putting “chicken tenders” in your chicken breast burger. Not the actual breast piece!! Very disappointing. Walked in today at 5:42PM and confirmed from the staff. Ordered Philly cheese steak sub per previous reviews. It was...ok, found it kinda small and a bit dry. Service was functional, not conversational; we were the only two people there with a sandwich each, and it was quite slow to get our food. Seating was comfortable, walls are unusually all scratched up.Food: 4/5

I placed an order yesterday for a Philly cheesesteak sub with poutine. When I got home, I discovered a hair in the poutine and the sub had no sauce, making it dry. The bread was also dry and the meat was overcooked. I ended up throwing the food away as I was very disappointed.

After finding Crispy's in university, I have yet to experience any other fried chicken location that can be compared to their quality. The poutine has also been the best poutine I have had out of any poutine or fry-specific establishment.

Although the food is good one of the kitchen workers treated a delivery driver horribly and yelled in the middle of the restaurant and made everyone uncomfortable. I’d recommend the bank location instead. Such a bad experience! Reserva una mesa ahora
