Worst server ever. Rude, unenchanted and let me wait forever. We wanted to celebrate a birthday and could only get 1 drink in 2 hours. Eating was good, but I don't know if I'd wait and hour again. Just to order an appetizer lasted almost an hour? We talked to someone named Alisa? Alyssa Idk the spelling? About the terrible service and she was just as bad. Rude, she just seemed to want us to go. What if I understand you don't want people to complain about your restaurant, but come on. One hour is crazy to wait for an order: what was most annoying was that we waited for a while for drinks and we were random to see our server at an empty table on their phone for the longest time. I was here almost a year and stumbled in Cronies. I don't think it took so long. All you ever want in a Burger Square. Bacon Cheeseburger onion rings and a shake. Was Top Ten Burger ever. If you don't eat here, you're goofy. You can also watch sports there. But far too many 49s for my taste. Just to say.

We went here back in May, and I was amazed at how good the burgers were. I had the mushroom swiss, and it I felt like I had an out-of-body experience when I took the first bite. Maybe it was the Hawaiian air, or maybe it was just a really good burger... I highly recommend Cronies!

Awesome place to go! Great people, service and food The manager made it really fun and was great when had a small issue with our order. Will come back next time we are in Hilo!

I ordered the burger and fries, it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend everyone coming there. Fast and friendly staff. They deserve more than 2,000 starts.

Best ribeye steak in town. Especially when Steven is cooking. Also have the best Bartender in town with Hana. Food and service is always top notch!

Great food, recommend the hot pastrami and teriyaki burger. Staff was great and make sure we did not run out of anything.
