as always. eating is amazing. I wish they would do more business. I noticed when more people came that the time it took until the waitress came back to the table, for drinks and what not, was very strongly influenced. However, I have worked many hospitality and restaurant jobs my own, understand that this was probably not a fault of the waitress. I also take into account covid and the impacts on all local businesses. I myself am from hellertown, so I also understand that more people on this layer or at any time probably not in the best interest of the company enconomisch. therefore I give 5 stars for the evaluation. but also only the others wanted to know.

We ordered California chessesteaks, they were amazing!! A very generous portion, cheesy but not too much. The roll wasn't thick and firm- hard. Steamed perfectly ?. It was a very busy on a Friday night, our order came rather quickly, 15-20mins. Atmosphere is very laid back, jeans/sweatshirt, whatever. Drawback is limited seating and it's rather chilly, one bathroom that poses challenges to anyone with a walker or wheelchair.

The cheesesteaks are a tad overrated but consistently pretty darn good. Unfortunately, it's the antique wait staff that truly ruins the experience time and time again. They don't even bother pretending like they care about their jobs nor the experience of customers. All kidding aside, these truly might be some of the absolute worst waitresses in America today. With all the local farmland, they should be put out to pasture.

we usually go once in the week, eat is always great,But last week, when we went we have 2 beers,both with a 2inch head foam, has to fill the bartender (nicely) then got a presentation on our table that they only fill logo and lose money when full. ok, no problem, then 5 minutes later comes another bartender to our stand with 2 other pictures that fill us go to miss the pizza and steak sandwiches. I have enjoyed Hellertown Crossroads Pizza for over 65 years! I need to drive down to the Lehigh Valley several times a year just to satisfy my urge to urge to enjoy one of their fabulous cheesesteaks. When we were kids, my dad would stop at the Crossroads and bring pizza home with him when he worked 3rd shift...we loved to stay up past midnight to enjoy that pizza with everyone!

I don't understand the posts about best cheese steaks here. They were terrible. Dry and basically no sauce. Phoned in order. Told me 25 mins. My food was ready 55 minutes after I called. Terrible service and the food was not worth the wait. Won't be back.

we ordered steaksandwiches and woofer rings. the woofer rings were burned, and they had no coating on them, simple woofers were thrown in fat and burned. the steakrolle also had focal points. we will never go there again or order online.

Great Food in this place. Friendly Staff. Comfortable Seating. Pizza is great and Cheesesteaks also. And there is Spaghetti days. Cozy place to eat. Love what ever the make. Ample Parking. Very welcoming as you walk in the door. Reserva una mesa ahora

I came here since I was a child. yes, the place has been looking so since then, but eating is still good, decently expensive and quite fast. I recommend pepperoni pizza, never let me down.

Really good cheesesteaks. So big I couldn't finish it in one sitting. I didn't get to try the pizza but it looked and smelled good.
