The food is always fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired! I consistently have trouble when I want to add four falafels to my chicken and rice. Coming from NYC, this is a normal request for us. However, the servers seem to get agitated or struggle to adjust the price on the cash register, which is puzzling. I travel all the way from Allentown or Philly for their food, especially the halal options. But if they can’t provide proper customer service, I might just avoid this place in the future! Fried chicken sides are delicious. The rice platters are BOMB! The staff could not be more friendly, particularly the older gentleman- you can tell they really care about their customers the product they’re putting out. Prices are more than reasonable. Store is really clean nicely decorated too. Grateful to have this establishment in the neighborhood, thanks guys!
1. The owner is exceptionally kind and polite, providing excellent customer service. 2. I ordered the chicken seekh kabab served over rice, and it was delicious – the best flavor! This is definitely the top spot for fried chicken, as well as chicken, lamb, or meat over rice. It’s a must-visit! P.S. They also have specials available from 11 AM to 3 PM.
