I ordered over the phone for pick up and I was on my work break. I had asked after placing an order how long it would take, the lady told me 15 mins. I went to the store 25 mins later and found out that they did not even start preparing my food. I had to wait another 20 mins for the food. I can understand people making pranks but, if you didn't trust me then she could have just said we don't take orders over the phone. Bad service!!!!! Not coming here again.
The food at this restaurant is delicious. However, when I received my order, it came in a plastic bag that was completely open. Although the two items had a piece of scotch tape on the top of the box, the sides of the boxes were open and exposed. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, I suggest that the restaurant improve their packaging for delivery. The bag should be securely sealed to prevent tampering with its contents.
Disgusting attitude of cashier and behaviour was so rude at checkout. I asked for extra souce he got angry and acting he is customer. Owner should teach cashiers for running his business. I come 1st time in this place and will the last time.

The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned. The fries are better than McDonald's IMO. The owners/staff are friendly. The wait is not long, especially if you call in your order.
Best place to eat in Queens. The Chopped Cheese and fried chicken are freaking amazing. Never had a bad meal at this place and it's very affordable
