Very bad exeprience with this restaurant. I have made an online order on 1st of january. I have been charged twice due to issues in their website. When we called, the restaurant, they have said that they do not deliver food on public holidays. We went to the restaurant physically. The chef has refused to review the orders and find an immediate solution. He has said that we will be reimbursed in few days. Even though we did not understand any thing, we have accepted and sit to have dinner. We have ordered chaat papri which is a typical indian street food with poptatoes cheakpeas and chutney. Unstead, we got a dish with bread, cheakpeas and sauce. We reported this to the waiter who said that the dish is basically with bread and not potatoes. Still not convinced, we have reported this to their chef by the end of the meal who said that they have nothing with bread in their kitchen and that we are wrong even though we were two people and we had both of us the same story. He was also yelling at us and very unfriendly.

Over 2 hours delivery time. This is probably a joke. When I asked about it an hour later, they said the food was on the way. I thought it would be better in the suburbs, the staff there is unfriendly. Nice thing And by the way, the wrong one was delivered in the end. We ordered our first order from this place as a delivery and were absolutely blown away. This is the first time we had true authentic Indian food in Germany! The tandoori dishes were just spot on!
