I ordered through the app at Crumbl Cambridge, and my cookie was ready in no time. However, it was a bit undercooked. While I enjoy a soft and gooey cookie, this one was slightly too cool and gritty for my taste. A minute or two more in the oven would have made it just right. Crumbl Cambridge is a true gem in Central Square. The staff and manager are wonderfully friendly and excel in their roles. Their customer service exceeds the usual cookie shop experience. A special thank you to Juliana and Christian for their exceptional service!
