We ordered from Concord Crust through the Menulog app. Unfortunately, we received the wrong order and only realized when we opened the boxes to give our child the garlic bread. We contacted the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and the delivery driver returned with the correct order shortly after. We had to return the incorrect pizzas at the request of the customer service representative we spoke to on the phone. When I asked the driver what would happen to the pizzas we had already opened and were now cold, he said he would deliver them to the correct customers. From the moment I placed my order, I had a feeling that this restaurant was not up to par. When I tried to call to inquire about my order, there was so much noise in the background that I couldn't even be heard. The delivery time was supposed to be 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 65. When the pizza finally arrived (after they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address), it was cold and soggy. I definitely will not be ordering from this place again.

A friend introduced me to this restaurant, and ever since, it has become my go-to spot for satisfying pizza cravings. My favorite is the peri peri chicken pizza, but the other pizza options are also great!
a nice place to get good crusty pizzas. we have bought in the run of the years pizzas and were always satisfied. it's a bit expensive, but the service could be a bit faster. great variety and taste.
