We live within walking distance and whenever we feel like treating ourselves to 'take-away' pizza, Crust is the place to go. Maybe the marketing and the higher prices makes the pizza feel less like 'junk-food' without losing on indulgence... but who are we kidding? ;) I like the dough-base they use; it's not too thick and feels as though it's come out of a restaurant (I checked the bottom of the pizza-base from Dominos once and noticed that it wasn't very well cooked/crisp and there were dots/dimples on the bottom that immediately gave it that pre-made feel). We ate at the Crust in Mt Lawley last night - a first for me. Had heard some great reports and wanted to try it. So glad I did. It was a real eye opening experience.There was a large group and we were offered a wide assortment and every one was different. From the fresh prawn pizza (and they really tasted fresh) with spicy vegies and sauces to a wide variety of different types. The finale was an assortment of dessert pizzas (again a first) and these were mind blowing. So really tasty but not greasy. The pizza base was light, tasty and semi crunchy. Ordered a Chicken & Avocado Pizza from the Healthy Choice Pizzas range. The website clearly states all Healthy Choice pizzas come with wholemeal base. After getting my pizza which had plain white base, I discovered that the wholemeal base was an option with a $2 cost adder.Blatant case of false advertising.I complained to Crust and got a response that I would get a call regarding this issue. No call was ever received.A week later I got an email from the owner apologizing for the inconvenience and offered me a complimentary pizza. I have eaten crust pizza several times and from different stores. My recent experience with Mt Lawley has been mixed. Whilst the previous two times has been just ok my last experience was not good. The fungi with bechamel sauce was not good. The mushroom tasteless and gluggy sauce seemed to prevent the crust from cooking. Their top cook ovens did not heat the base at all and was very under cooked. I will continue to try their pizza as produce looks fresh, hoping I just made a bad choice on this day. We were craving some tasty pizzas and were too lazy to leave the house. We ordered using the app and it was so handy. Delivery guy was super friendly but because of the Beaufort st festival it too 1hr to be delivered. However, it didn't make us feel sick and boated the next day. I ordered the spicy pizza and a chicken pizza. It cost us just over $40 but we had lunch for the next day.

order a Vego pizza on a low carb chest, it was great! best pizza I had a long time, many choices to customize their own toppings. I even ate the rest of the breakfast. I had it from over eat without problems.

Went to Crust prior to a show in the neighbouring performance space. Picked up a 9 inch vegetarian supreme and a drink for $10. One of the best gourmet style pizzas I've ever had.

Always great pizza from here. Friendly and attentive staff. Good location, easy access with parking at the rear of building.
