I usually don’t complain at restaurants, but this experience was an exception. The food was good, but the lack of customer service overshadowed it. Our waitress had a really poor attitude, which was evident as soon as we arrived. It’s unfortunate because we were in a great mood, but her negativity brought us down.
The situation took a turn for the worse when we found a fly in our soda. When we brought it to her attention, she casually said, “Oh, the fly probably fell in your soda here at your table because it comes from a machine, so I can’t control that.” It wasn’t just what she said, but how she said it—a complete lack of concern or apology made us feel like we were trying to avoid payin...
The food is good and delicious. I'd give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, they removed a few items from their menu, like the regular and VIP micheladas and the Guerrero roll sushi, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the music is too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. The prices are also quite high. The sushi I had was dry and didn't come with any sauce. I do visit this place every once in a while, though.
The atmosphere of this restaurant is perfect for a night out with family and friends, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing and the prices were steep. A michelada costs $20, and the dishes lacked flavor—sadly, even the chips and salsa weren't enjoyable. Another downside is that parking is only available through valet service, although there is street parking available, but the area doesn't offer much of it.
The restaurant now charges $4 for every order of chips and salsa, which you have to wait for while your food is being prepared. Everything is extremely overpriced! The service is slow, and it's very noisy inside, making it impossible to have a conversation.

I was a bit unsure after reading the reviews, but we decided to give it a try. The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the drinks. We'll definitely be returning soon. They also had kids' meals for my nephew, who loved the guacamole.
The experience was exceptional! They honored my reservation, and we didn’t have to wait long for our table. Our server, Mario, was outstanding—friendly, professional, and courteous. We definitely plan to dine here again.
The seafood at Culichi Town is very flavorful, and the drinks are delicious. It was a bit too loud for my taste, especially with the live banda music. Overall, the service and food are great!
