This is by far the worst Chipotle ever and the worst Chipotle experience. I will be contacting corporate. The place is dirty, the staff don’t care and we’re extremely disrespectful to me, I was ousted by the staff because they didn’t take cash. I was humiliated beyond imagination. This restaurant is filled with a toxic concoction of illiterate staff. -5 stars, beyond the absence of value. Horrible horrible experience in any restaurant in my life. They are slow, the staff are condescending, disrespectful. I was mocked for only having cash and was called a “winnie”.. Staff shows up late whenever they want. I was made to wait 30 minutes only for them to say card only and refused to take my cash...
When I got home and opened my bowl, I discovered that what I thought was a substantial portion of meat was just one big chunk. I have to admit I was under the impression that barbacoa should be shredded. Instead, I had to pick apart the meat that was covered in melted cheese and slice it myself. I really don't understand how this place has a 4-star rating based on what I've experienced. Every time I visit, they seem to be out of something. After today's experience, I definitely won't be returning to this location, even though it’s only 5 minutes from my house. What a disappointment!
This is the only chipotle that is 9x out 10 always out of both steaks everytime i stopped by at 7x thinking they got new cooks or more fajitas guacamole and chips anywhere from 4pm until they close they never do .. the laziest team members and theynever want to accommodate the customers like seriously they have hours before they close and don?t even offer to make a freshbatch of anything .. don?t come here if you plan on getting any of those items with your order those grills get cleaned early sothat they don?t have to keep working
My first time there. My boyfriend and I are in line, it's our turn to order.... No more carne asada. So we ordered steak burritos part of the tortillas were hard, the fixings in the burrito were not even warm. We got to a table, they were dirty. The place was not even clean. Again it was my first time eating Chipotle and because I had a bad experience I don't plan on going back. Employees had no sense of urgency whatsoever.

All was bad First no cash accepted card only. No fountain drinks only some juice and water they had in a fridge. On the bathroom no toilet paper, hand soap nor sanitizer. One of the workers put a tortilla in the warmer and grab her hair without washing her hands she prepared the burrito. Thanks God it was not my burritoWheelchair accessibility: Bathroom is big enough for a wheelchair
Worst chipotle ever there always out of everything. Walked in today at 6:30pm they said they were out of lettuce and guac. Told the employee so how are u guys going to make guac for tomorrow he said we make it in the morning which doesn’t make sense.happens every time I come to this location. Don’t come here if ur looking to get food past 6 pm.
Be cautious when ordering takeout. Make sure to check your guacamole! I received guacamole that was old and had a strange taste. Additionally, their customer service number only leads to an automated system for placing orders and doesn't connect you to anyone who can assist you.
I've always loved Mexican cuisine, and Chipotle has consistently delivered delicious dishes at an affordable price. This combination is the key to their successful business.

Good reliable Chipotle. I go there all the time for lunch and it's great. Ample parking. The staff is always nice, they have a cool manager.
