The more I visit the Bartlett Culver's, the more disappointed I become with the service. I've been to many other Culver's locations, including ones out of state, and this experience is noticeably worse. I often go out of my way to get my favorite Flavor of the Day custard, but the staff here seem more concerned with closing exactly on time rather than providing a good customer experience. They start cleaning up an hour and a half before closing, even taking apart the custard machine. Since I usually dine late, I've never seen a restaurant turn off the lights and ask customers to leave just minutes before closing.
WORST CULVERS EVER!!! I’ve been going to Culver’s since high school….. NEVER EVER in almost 25 years have I heard that if you want to redeem a receipt for a free scoop of ice cream you have to take the receipt to the same location you got food from…… the manager Christina went out of her way to deny me ice cream that was already made….. so either the ice cream melts or you throw it away……. I saw a previous review from 2 months when you did the same thing…. Epic Management Fail Christina be less petty and more better tomorrow.
Culver's may be on the expensive side, but their butter burgers are exceptional, and their concrete mixers are definitely the best shakes you'll find. That said, for the price, I expected my shake to be filled almost to the top. Instead, it was nearly an inch below the lid before it was even closed, which was a letdown. Come on, Culver's, you can improve!
The food was outstanding, and I had a wonderful experience with Genesis Gray. She is an incredible employee and exceptionally courteous. Genesis was not only helpful but also patient, which made my visit even more enjoyable. She truly deserves a raise and a promotion within the company!

The pork sandwich I ordered was somewhat dry. Overall, we were disappointed with our meals because everything felt dry. On top of that, we were overcharged for soda—we only ordered three, but were billed for four.
Nancy, the manager, refused to accept a coupon issued by Culver's, which was valid at all locations. I won’t be returning to the Bartlett location but will instead choose a friendlier and more welcoming one.
I hadn't been to a Culver's in years, but I'm so glad I visited the one on 59. The staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, and patient. The food was fresh and delicious! I will definitely be returning!
The restaurant features a sleek, contemporary design and is impeccably clean. The staff adhered to all safety protocols, wearing their masks properly and handling the food with professionalism.

So many restaurants miss the mark on cleanliness. Not Culver's. Clean, courteous, welcoming. I have a list of filthy places we will never go to again. Ask me. I'll tell you.
