All things considered, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal at a reasonable price!
I typically steer clear of fast food, but with limited choices in town compared to what I'm used to, I decided to give this place a shot. I was pleasantly surprised! The burger was surprisingly good, featuring two beef patties with cheese and the toppings I requested. The crinkle-cut fries were nicely seasoned and enjoyable. However, we did encounter some issues with our large order for eight; it was inaccurate, and we didn’t receive all the drinks and items we had paid for. Overall, it wasn't bad at all. I'd rate it somewhere between Burger King and Five Guys. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.
I often go to Culver's in another state, but I was really disappointed with this particular location. Firstly, they were extremely understaffed. There was only one register open, and they were training a new employee, which made the ordering process take an incredibly long time. The cleanliness was also an issue; the soda fountain area was messy, and the floor was very sticky. This clearly indicates poor management. I think I might just start making my own burgers or go back to McDonald's instead!

I won't be returning. The burgers were overcooked and didn't arrive as we ordered. They weren't as juicy as I had hoped, but my husband thought they were fine and said I was being too critical. I was hoping for more than just "fine" when it came to my burger. I've read other reviews praising them, so maybe we just had an off night.

Culver's is a solid choice for fast food. Their frozen custard is especially impressive.
