Disappointing experience at Culver's today. I went through the drive thru to place a takeout order, but the person taking my order was extremely rude and unfriendly. They seemed put off by my questions and requests, and their tone was curt and dismissive. The food may be good, but the customer service I received was subpar. Hopefully, the management will address this issue and provide better training for their staff. Until then, I'll think twice before returning. Aug. 24 9.09 PM.
The dining area is Always Clean. Food is Always Freshly made and Delicious. ALL of the Staff is Awesome. I don't know all their names, but Huge Props to Mngmt (Specifically Angel) and Rachel their Hostess (I think hostess... She does a Lot). As well as the rest of the team. Culver's is definitely doing something right, Because all the employees seem to take Tremendous Pride in their work. Even the cooks. Which in my mind goes a Loooong way. Great Job Team ???
Would recommend eating here as their meals are delicious, we unfortunately had a small issue with tables being dirty and our second order for custard as we usually wait to finish our meal then order desert, the last 2 times we had to return to the counter since we waited 15min for custard. Hope the culvers team works on their snack delivery in the future otherwise I would give excellent reviews.
Food was cooked hot and fresh to order, the Cod sandwich was also very good! Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger that is tasty and thicker than most! Must be the management! But the staff are always friendly, food is always fresh and made properly, someone is always cleaning, and there’s always steady traffic so you know it’s popular/good. Definitely my favorite Culver's location in Chicago!

Drove through for a quick dinner. Staff is always so polite and friendly. Love several items on the menu, pot roast being one of my favorites. The custard is always delicious as well.
First time visiting Culver's! Had a couple Deluxe Butter Burgers and WOW! Best Burger Ever! I will definitely be going again. Have to experience more on the menu. ? Reserva una mesa ahora
