Culver’s - Reservar una mesa

I stop by this location a few times a year. The last two visits have been very disappointing. This time I was served a burger with cold and old buns with low quality tomato and the fries were soggy and undercooked. When mentioned it to the staff they asked for a new batch but the cook refused and asked for them to be roasted in the oven!!! Still terrible. Won't come back. The food is fresh and awesome ! My favorite is triple cheese burger with triple cheese. The onion rings . The pints of Custer pre made different flavors ready to go. The customer service here has always been great! I've been here many times over the past 5 years and every employee has been extremely nice and food is always great!
